A: The management fee includes everything that it takes to run your property. This includes the day-to-day management, maintenance, accounting, budgeting, marketing, etc.
Q: How much can you increase my revenue?
A: Most facilities that we look at have not managed their revenue and fees to capitalize on revenue growth opportunities. We look at your current market for comps and make suggested changes accordingly.
